160f - Follonica, house on the beach, summer rental – We are letting out also weekly a big house excellently positioned on the beach in front of the sea. It is a one-family house composed of a single floor with an independent entrance from Corso Italia, the seafront promenade of Follonica. It has also got a second entrance directly connected with the beach. The house is made up of a livingroom looking over the sea, a kitchen, four bedrooms (two doublebed rooms and two rooms with single beds, for a total of eight comfortable sleeping spaces), two bathrooms and a specious storeroom. It has also an external shower, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The price includes all charges, of agency, cleaning and consumption. The bed-linen is not included.
